Payment Options:

Payment for the 4th NCDC/NFELTP conference can be made through the following channels:

  • Online Payment Platform:
    • Simply identify an appropriate category and click the REGISTER button to make payment. You will be taken to the registration form.
    • Follow through with the instruction on the page and make your payment.
    • If you encounter any issues, try the other options or write to ncdcnfeltpconference@ncdc.gov.ng describing clearly the issue encountered.
    • A member of the LOC will contact you to advise on next steps
  • Mobile/Bank Transfer
    • You can make payment via mobile/bank transfer.
    • First identify the relevant category you wish to make a payment for.
    • Then proceed to make payment using the following bank details:
      1. Bank Name: Zenith Bank
      2. Account Name: African Field Epidemiology Network
      3. Account Number: 1016288022 (For all payments in NAIRA)
      4. Account Number: 5071063149 (For all payments in USD )
    • Once payment is successfully made, please write to ncdcnfeltpconference@ncdc.gov.ng stating your FULL NAME, ACCOUNT NAME (if different from full name), BANK NAME (bank where payment was made from), CATEGORY PAID FOR and a CONTACT NUMBER.
    • A member of the LOC will contact you to advise on next steps.

    • You can make payment in the bank over the counter.
    • First identify the relevant category you wish to make a payment for.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    To ensure transparency and accountability, the NCDC/NFELTP Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy serves as a guide to all attendees of the NCDC/NFLETP Conference. Before signing up, it is expected that all attendees must have read, understood and accepted the terms for the Cancellation and Refund Policy.



    Conference Registrants Registration (“Registrants” refers to any member of public who signed up for the NCDC/NFELTP Scientific Conference 2019).
    NCDC/NFELTP (henceforth referred to as 'We'in this policy) hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, We know extenuating circumstances do occur. The NCDC/NFELTP Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual NCDC/NFELTP Conference.


    Event Cancellation by Host
    1. We reserve the right to cancel the event/conference due to low registration, unavailable logistics for adequate and effective registration or other negative logistical reasons which would make the event/conference non-viable. We will refund the full cost of registration to all registered to attend.
    2. We will not refund the cost of registration (partial or full) if unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political upheavals, change in laws/government policy or for conference attendee’s inability to attend due to personal circumstances and have failed to notify the organizers through the provided means and within applicable deadline (4 weeks to the start of the conference).
    3. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of the conference, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same conference at a future date.
    Registration Cancellation by Participant
    1. Conference registration cancellations (pre-conference workshops inclusive) received prior to the deadline may be eligible for a refund less 15% or more charged for administrative/service fee; OR: cancellations made on or before 2 weeks to the start of the conference may be eligible to a refund of upto 50% or more.
    2. Registrants cancellation received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
    3. Cancellations will be received via writing or e-mail provided as points of contacts by the NCDC/NFELTP Conference planners. This must be received by stated cancellation deadline.
    4. All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the NCDC/NFELTP Conference planners.
    5. All refund requests must be made by the attendee, credit card holder or the organisation sponsoring for the conference.
    6. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number as appeared in the payment slip or transfer advice from bank.
    7. Refunds will be credited back to the original name participants or organisation used for payment. Cash refund will not apply.
    No-Show for the Conference

    No refunds will be made to registrants who do not attend the conference without prior notice of cancellation. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status. However, We do not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses - to include, charges made for travel and lodging.
